Left out in all weathers, timber fencing quickly turns grey, green and weathered. Algae takes hold, the colour fades, and the wood starts to dry out and split. A quick coat of stain over the top never lasts — because the dirt underneath stops it soaking in properly.
We do it the right way round. First we pressure wash the fencing to strip off the algae, grime and flaking old finish, then we let it dry and apply a quality timber stain that soaks in, restores a rich, even colour and helps protect the wood against the weather. The result is fencing that looks smart again — and lasts longer for it.

Where we can, yes — but timber needs to be dry before staining, so in wetter conditions we may wash on one visit and return to stain once it's ready. We'll explain what suits your fence when we quote.
