Modern renders like K-Rend, silicone and monocouche look fantastic when new, but over a few years they attract algae, moss and that tell-tale green or black staining — especially on north-facing and shaded walls. High-pressure jet washing can force water behind the render, chip the surface and leave patchy "clean" marks.
Softwashing is different. We apply a specialist, biocide-based cleaning solution at very low pressure that gently breaks down the organic growth.
