Gutter Clearing Aylesford — Gutter Vacuuming to Remove Debris

A commercial job here — two blocks of three-storey flats in Aylesford that needed the gutters clearing out. For a job like this, access and disruption are the first things to think about, so we carried the whole thing out from the ground using our Gutter Vacuum & Cleaning system.

No scaffolding, no ladders leaning on the building, and no disruption to the residents going about their day.

Our long-reach gutter vac lets us clear gutters cleanly from ground level, right up to the top of a three-storey block — and with a camera on the pole we can see exactly what we're doing, so nothing gets missed.

While we were working our way round, we spotted a few issues that needed attention, and the management company instructed us to go back and put them right: replacing missing end caps and redoing a section of guttering that had a back-fall, which was causing a waterfall effect every time it rained.

It's a good example of how we like to work — not just doing the clean we were booked for, but flagging and fixing the things that'll save a bigger headache, and a bigger bill, down the line.
